With grill design and matte finish, you get very small and compact case. The case has a Boult branding and four battery indicators on the front, and the charging port on the bottom. There is no such button provided in the case in case you wish to reset the earbuds. Though the case is made from plastic, there has been no compromise with the quality. The magnets inside the case securely hold the earbuds in place while charging, ensuring they're always ready when you need them.
The earbuds come in a stem-shaped, half-in ear design with matte and glossy finish. As they are half-in ear design they do not block extenal nosie, and you will be able to understand what exactly is going on in the background.
The earbuds are lightweight, and they provided a secured fit. Thought it is half-in ear design they do not fall off your ears even while working out, making them a perfect companion for your workouts. It is very comfortable on your ears, allowing you to enjoy music for a long time.

Gaming Test
We faced some issues in the gaming part of the earbuds. It was mentioned on Flipkart that on tapping any earbuds for four times you would enter the gaming mode, which isn't true. In fact there is no dedicated gaming mode in the earbuds.
Bould Audio K20 claims 45 ms low latency, and after taking a test with BGMI we found that it has latency. The loudness is decent, and you will be able to easily identify if the enemy is coming from left or right.
Calling Test
Boult Audio K20 comes with quad microphone setup - two mic on each earbuds with Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) feature. After taking a test about the calling feature of the earbuds, we have found that the calling in indoor conditions is good, but in outdoor conditions it could have been better. The vocals were not clear, and because of the half-in ear design one could hear background noise at the same time.
Mr LazyTech Recommendation - If you do indoor callings mostly then you can consider this earbuds, otherwise there are more options available.
